Balram Dyal is a senior project management professional, strategic adviser, and international speaker with more than two decades of experience leading complex initiatives across Europe and global markets. His career spans industrial technology, product development, quality assurance, application engineering, and large-scale program coordination, giving him a perspective at the intersection of strategy, operations, and innovation.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Dyal has built a reputation across Europe for guiding cross-border projects with discipline, clarity, and strong execution. He is particularly effective in bringing together technical specialists, commercial stakeholders, and senior leadership to align strategic objectives with operational results in demanding and multicultural environments. His experience has also extended into executive advisory work in the cybersecurity sector.

Mr. Dyal holds an MBA with a specialization in computer science and a bachelor’s degree in industrial and graphic engineering.
