Sydney L. Grant

Sydney Grant is an international technology advisor, entrepreneur, and digital strategist with more than two decades of experience spanning cybersecurity, enterprise systems, digital infrastructure, communications, and platform development. At Montreux, she serves as a Senior Strategic Advisor, advising on design, technology, digital strategy, platform development, and innovation initiatives in support of client-facing products and strategic digital efforts.

She is the founder and former Chief Executive Officer of RavenCrowd, a Halifax-based cybersecurity and compliance venture focused on continuous monitoring, systems hardening, audit support, patch management, and asset security. Through that platform, she led business direction, shaped product vision, and advanced practical solutions designed to help organizations strengthen internal controls, reduce digital risk, and improve operational resilience. RavenCrowd is now maintained by NearSecure, a cybersecurity firm.

Ms. Grant’s career includes entrepreneurial leadership, technical depth, and institutional engagement. In addition to her private-sector leadership, she has supported and partnered with a range of institutions and professional bodies, including the Northern California Regional Intelligence Center and HIDTA, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security through private-sector engagement, HTCIA, and the San Francisco Bay Area InfraGard community. Her work has included support to cyber and cryptocurrency-related matters, criminal investigations, intelligence collaboration, high-risk support activities, and initiatives involving the protection of vulnerable persons, including missing children.

Ms. Grant brings a sophisticated understanding of how digital architecture, user experience, security, and institutional credibility intersect. She is particularly well positioned to help organizations translate complex operational and technological requirements into credible, resilient, and well-executed digital platforms and strategic initiatives.
